Aaron Tang
Aaron is a dispute resolution lawyer advising on cross-border commercial disputes.
Aaron is a senior associate in the dispute resolution group with a focus on international arbitration. He advises clients on complex commercial disputes in Asia across a broad range of industry sectors. He has experience representing clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings, including arbitration cases under the ICC, HKIAC, SIAC and UNCITRAL arbitration rules.
In addition to acting for clients in arbitration matters, Aaron has experience sitting as tribunal secretary under the HKIAC arbitration rules and he has taught on the International Arbitration and Dispute Settlement Program at Tsinghua University.
Background
Aaron is dual-qualified. He is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong and in England and Wales. He is also an accredited mediator by HKMAAL.
