Aaron is Head of TMT Asia and leads our telecommunications industry sector globally. He has significant expertise of the telecommunications and technology sectors, having spent 19 years advising clients in these sectors internationally.

Aaron’s practice focuses on advising private and publicly traded companies, private capital sponsors, venture capital investors and high growth tech-enabled companies on M&A transactions, joint ventures, spinoffs, minority investments, corporate restructurings, projects and other corporate transactions. He has particular expertise in digital infrastructure transactions.

Aaron is dual qualified in the United Kingdom and Australia.
