Anna is a junior associate in the competition and trade practice in the Madrid office.
She advises in a wide variety of Competition Law matters, mainly in investigations of cartels and abuses of dominant position, merger control and antitrust issues and in judicial appeals against the decisions of competition authorities. She also provides advice in Digital Law and Intellectual Property matters.
Background
She has a double degree in Law and Global Governance, Economics & Legal Order by ESADE and a [master's degree for Admission to the Bar (LLM) by the Instituto superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE). She speaks Spanish, Catalan, French and English. She is a member of the Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid (ICAM – Madrid Bar Association).
Prior to joining the firm as a junior associate, she completed a one year traineeship at the Observatory on Infringements of Intellectual Property Rights in the IP in the Digital World and Awareness Service at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). Moreover, she also completed an internship in the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), in the Copyright Law Division.
