Anne Eckenroth is a senior associate in the Competition, Regulation & Trade practice in our Düsseldorf office.
Anne advises on the full range of EU, UK and German competition law. Her practice focuses on antitrust compliance advice and cartel damages actions. She advises clients in a variety of sectors, including transportation and logistics, energy and consumer goods.
Background
Anne is admitted to practice in England and Wales and Germany and is also a member of the Law Society of Ireland. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and a Bachelor of Arts from Maastricht University, as well as a Graduate Diploma in English Law from the University of Law, London. Prior to joining HSF Düsseldorf, she worked as an associate in the London Competition, Regulation and Trade team at HSF's London office.

- Lufthansa Group on the sale of their globally operating catering business to private equity company Aurelius Group. The carve-out transaction includes all classic catering activities as well as the onboard retail and food commerce business
- Sky Deutschland on competition law questions, in particular regarding questions of the (digital) platform business
- The Coca-Cola Company in a preliminary antitrust investigation by the European Commission, which was terminated without proceedings being opened
- AerCap on obtaining clearance from the EU and a number of other jurisdictions for its US$30 billion combination with General Electric Capital Aviation Services
- PEARL Infrastructure Capital as majority stakeholder on its joint investment with Wismar Pellets in financing the construction of the Bioenergie Wismar Combined Heat and Power Plant
