Apolline is an associate in the litigation department specialising in commercial and financial litigation.
Apolline intervenes alongside businesses, banks and insurance companies, whether in the context of civil/commercial disputes or disciplinary procedures. She also has solid experience in conducting internal investigations on behalf of financial institutions, particularly in the context of suspicions of potential market abuse.
Before joining Herbert Smith Freehills, Apolline completed various litigation internships with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Bredin Prat, as well as in corporate (Rothschild & Co, Sullivan & Cromwell, Mayer Brown).
Apolline is a native French speaker and speaks English fluently.
Background
Apolline graduated from the DJCE of the University of Paris II (Panthéon-Assas) and completed a Master's degree in comparative law at University College London (a one-year programme). She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023.
