Ben has experience across a range of energy and infrastructure transactions, advising private capital clients, developers and energy companies. Ben also advises on development, offtake and commercialisation matters. Prior to joining the Projects, Energy and Infrastructure (Corporate) team, Ben worked at another top tier Australian law firm where he advised on a range of high-value public and private M&A deals, including a secondment to the in-house M&A legal team of a Big 4 Australian bank.
