Bowie also advises clients on non-contentious regulatory and compliance matters, including licensing issues, suitability obligations, regulatory reporting and the drafting of client documentation in relation to the provision of financial services.

Bowie graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Law) degree and a Bachelor of Laws degree, before completing the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the same university.
