Brigitte Rheinberger
Brigitte is a Senior Associate in the Australian Environment, Planning and Communities team.
Brigitte helps government and private sector clients navigate environment and planning regulation in Australia. She advises on the full spectrum of environment and planning law issues including approval pathways, land access and acquisition, contamination, heritage, litigation and responding to environmental incidents. Brigitte provides strategic advice for major projects, with a particular focus on infrastructure and renewables.
Brigitte was named as a finalist in the 2023 Lawyers Weekly 30 under 30 awards and was formerly the Chair of the NSW Young Lawyers Environment and Planning Law Committee.
Background
Brigitte holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Arts from the University of New South Wales. She is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
