Christopher advises clients about commercial disputes, corporate crime and contentious regulatory matters.
Christopher is a senior disputes lawyer. He specialises in complex and sensitive corporate crime and contentious regulatory matters, with a focus on bribery and corruption and Corporations Act and ASIC Act proceedings. He advises clients about compliance, internal and external investigations, and prosecutions and enforcement proceedings. Christopher is an experienced investigator and advocate, and often appears as counsel in courts and tribunals.

Christopher joined the firm in 2011, and has practised in Herbert Smith Freehills’ Perth and Hong Kong offices.
Christopher holds a Juris Doctor with First Class Honours from Murdoch University. He was awarded the Francis Burt Chambers Law Medal and the Ronald Wilson Prize in Law.
