Daniel is an associate in our dispute resolution practice.
Daniel’s practice focuses on international arbitration, U.S. regulatory matters, as well as product liability and commercial litigation matters.
Daniel’s experience includes disputes involving complex jurisdictional, procedural, and substantive issues before courts and arbitral tribunals.
Daniel is certified by the New York State Bar, however, admission is in process.
Background
Daniel received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent scholar. He holds an LL.B. in Global Law from Tilburg University and an LL.M. in U.S. Legal Studies from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
