Daniel is a senior associate in our competition, regulation and trade team, based in London.

Daniel has particular experience in competition litigation, investigations, merger control and regulatory advice.

Daniel has acted for clients, both as claimants and defendants, in leading and high-profile cases in the High Court of England & Wales, the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal and the Federal Court of Australia, as well as coordinated litigation proceedings in other jurisdictions globally.

Daniel also advises on competition and regulatory law and has experience of representing clients in the defence of investigations by competition authorities and other regulators. Daniel often acts for clients in specially regulated sectors including tech, energy, telecommunications and financial services.

Background

Daniel studied Commerce / Law at the University of New South Wales and is admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales.
