Ella Blythe

Ella advises clients across a broad range of sectors and industries and has experience in both domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. She also has experience advising on corporate restructures, equity capital markets, ASX listing rule compliance and general corporate advisory and governance matters.

Background

Ella holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Australian National University. She is admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia.
