Frederic is a Corporate/M&A partner and the head of Corporate/M&A in Paris.
He focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, securities law, joint-ventures and corporate reorganisations. He regularly advises listed and non-listed companies on complex and strategic corporate transactions, with particular expertise in multijurisdictional transactions. He also has extensive experience in stock exchange–related transactions.
Chambers Global 2024 describes Frédéric as "experienced in handling large-scale acquisitions and sales in the energy and real estate sectors" as well as "very proactive, really explains the issues at hand and provides a plan of every step of the deal".
