Gavin Wendt
Gavin is a senior associate in our disputes team in Melbourne.
His practice currently focuses on class action dispute resolution. He acts for leading clients in the financial services and consumer retail sectors in State Supreme Courts and the Federal Court of Australia.
Gavin commenced his career with a national firm acting for large insurers in public liability and workers compensation disputes. He later worked as Associate to the Hon Justice MBJ Lee of the Federal Court of Australia, before returning to private practice in class action litigation.
Background
Gavin holds a BA and LLB, and an LLM from the Australian National University.
He was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory and to the register of practitioners maintained by the High Court of Australia, in 2014.
