Gavin Wendt
Gavin is a senior associate in our dispute resolution team, who is based in our Melbourne office.
Gavin is a senior associate in our Disputes team in Melbourne. He has experience acting for a major Australian retail bank in litigation in the Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Victoria. He has also acted for a responsible entity in litigation in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
Gavin commenced his career with a national firm acting for major Australian insurers in public liability and workers compensation disputes. He later worked as an Associate to a Judge of the Federal Court, before practising in class action litigation for a period with an Australian litigation law firm.
Background
Gavin holds a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws, all obtained from the Australian National University. He was admitted to practice in 2014.
