Hamish is a senior associate in the Insurance & Professional Risks team in London.
Hamish advises clients on a wide range of insurance disputes, acting for both policyholders and the market. He acts on coverage disputes in all classes of business including D&O, PI, property damage and business interruption, and marine insurance. Hamish also acts for solicitors firms and barristers in professional indemnity claims.
Background
Hamish studied history at Magdalen College, Oxford, was called to the Bar in 2015, and joined Herbert Smith Freehills in 2017 having completed pupillage at 7 King's Bench Walk.
