- Transactions – Advising on environmental, planning, native title and cultural heritage risks and commercial terms in transactions for an extensive range of projects.
- Litigation – Successfully acting for government and private sector clients in the Queensland Planning and Environment Court, the Queensland Supreme Court and the Queensland Court of Appeal.
- Regulatory development – Advising on the development of government policy and legislation for land planning, environmental assessment, licensing, enforcement, land acquisition and land access.
- Carbon offsets and transactions – Advising in relation to processes for the acquisition of carbon offsets, carbon funding agreements, environmental offsets and acquisition of eligible offsets projects.
- Heritage places – Providing advice in respect of issues concerning heritage places including in relation to listing applications for the Queensland Heritage Register.
