Iain's practice spans the transport, energy, water, office, retail and housing sectors, both in the UK and internationally. He advises on initial procurement strategy, as well as leading on key negotiations. His approach is multi-disciplinary, linking closely with client teams and colleagues specialising in planning, real estate and project finance.
