Jade advises and assists both lenders and borrowers in relation to corporate and acquisition finance.
She also advises issuers and underwriters in debt capital market including EMTN programs, bond issues and other private placements, listed in France or in Luxembourg.
Background
Before joining HSF Paris in January 2024, Jade held several internships in major law firms including HSF.
Admitted to the Paris Bar, Jade is graduated from the Paris II Panthéon-Assas University of Law with a Master in business law.
