Jarry is a member of the corporate team specialising in mergers and acquisitions.
Jarry advises clients on a range of corporate matters including, acquisitions and disposals of shares and assets, cross border transactions, foreign direct investments, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, and financing. He has also advised insurers in putting together warranty and indemnity insurance for corporate transactions.
Background
Jarry holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the Australian National University. He is dual-qualified to practise as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia, Australia.
