Joey is a commercial litigator who focuses on contentious financial services regulatory matters and complex commercial disputes.

Joey has a wide-ranging experience advising major corporations and financial institutions in complex commercial litigation, class actions, regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings.  

Background

Joey was admitted to practice as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in 2020. 

He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of New South Wales and Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon.

  • A major Australian retail bank in Federal Court proceedings by ASIC relating to financial advice fee disclosures
