Lauren Selby

Lauren works in the Corporate Practice Group in the Head Office Advisory Team (HOAT). She specialises in providing advice to Boards and corporate head offices on public company governance, including legal and regulatory requirements, market practice and emerging trends.

Lauren has experience in advising on strategic corporate governance issues, including continuous disclosure obligations, board issues (including directors’ duties, board composition and effectiveness, board reporting and general board policies), shareholder activist campaigns, stakeholder engagement (including annual reports), shareholder meetings, and executive remuneration / employee equity incentive plans.

In addition, Lauren has worked on corporate governance and executive remuneration aspects of initial public offerings, demergers and mergers & acquisitions.
