Louis is an associate in our London team specialising in UK and EU competition law. He advises clients across a range of transactional, advisory and contentious matters. His practice includes advising on UK and EU merger control, foreign direct investment review, general competition compliance, and claims issued in the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal.
Louis is also a regular contributor to the firm's ESG knowledge and business development initiatives, as well as supporting the firm's pro bono practice.
Background
Louis holds a dual degree and Masters in English Law and French Law from King's College London and the Université of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. He also obtained a Master's degree in Global Business Law and Governance at Université Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, Sciences Po and Columbia University.
Louis is a native French speaker.

- assisting a confidential client in obtaining a number of derogations to an initial enforcement order during the course of a CMA merger review
