With over 25 years' experience, his practice focuses on corporate and acquisition financing, project finance and debt capital markets (Schuldscheins, 144A placements, private placements, bond issuances listed in Paris, Luxembourg or in Africa).
Contrary to other players of the market, Louis is working mainly on the corporates' side which allows him to have a real freedom in the negotiation process and in relation to the advice he can give to his clients.
His double expertise in banking and debt capital market is also viewed by his clients as a strong advantage as they have a sole contact point for all their financings. This is a guarantee of efficiency and ensures a perfect harmony of the financial documentation.
Louis has also a very strong know-how in ESG financing for having worked on many of such innovative transactions on the French market.
Last, Louis has a wide experience of financing transactions in Francophone Africa.

Background
Louis holds a degree in Business Administration and Finance and a post-graduate degree in Business Law from Université Paris II – Panthéon Assas (Magistère de Juriste d'Affaires and DESS de droit des affaires et fiscalité), as well as an LL.M. from the University of London. He also teaches the negotiation of corporate financing and ESG financings in the vocational training program organised by the Association Française des Trésoriers d'Entreprise (AFTE).
