Louis is a Senior Associate in our Corporate team in Perth.

Louis advises clients in relation to a range of corporate transactions, including fundraisings, acquisitions, general corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters. He has advised a variety of public and private entities across a broad range of industries and jurisdictions.

Louis has previously undertaken a secondment with the ASX in its listings team.

Background

Louis holds a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science and Law and Society) from the University of Western Australia and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Notre Dame.

Louis is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia.
