Lucas is an associate in our Corporate team in Paris.
Lucas advises and assists clients on a wide range of public and private domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, capital markets transactions, group reorganisations, as well as on corporate governance matters.
He is admitted to the Paris Bar and is fluent in French and English.
Background
Lucas graduated from the University of Strasbourg with a Master's degree in business law (DJCE).
Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills, he acquired experience in a high-profile French law firm in Paris and in the Legal M&A team of a CAC 40 listed company.
