Madeline Muddle
Madeline specialises in financial services regulation.
Madeline advises on financial services regulation and wealth management, with a particular focus on financial advice and distribution, platforms, insurance and superannuation. She is particularly experienced in Chapter 7 and ASIC Act obligations, breach reporting and unfair contract terms.
Madeline is a past winner of the Law Council of Australia’s New Superannuation Lawyer’s Award.
She has undertaken client secondments at HUB24 and National Australia Bank.
Background
Madeline graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours and University Medal) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) (conferred with Distinction).
Before joining HSF, Madeline was tipstaff (judicial associate) to a Judge of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and a casual academic and research assistant at the University of Newcastle.
