Martin is a senior associate and solicitor advocate in our dispute resolution practice in London.

Martin has experience advising on a broad range of matters, with a particular focus on clients in the TMT and energy sectors. He has extensive experience of High Court litigation, international arbitration, and public inquiries. Martin also specialises in providing pre-disputes and strategic advice in relation to distressed TMT projects and/or services contracts, including in relation to the negotiation of settlement and exit arrangements.

Background

Martin read law at the University of Sheffield, before completing the Legal Practice Course. He joined Herbert Smith Freehills in 2010.
