Naomi is a senior associate in the Competition, Regulation and Trade group.
Naomi is a qualified solicitor advocate specialising in EU and UK competition law, with particular expertise in competition litigation. Naomi has advised on claims before the Competition Appeal Tribunal ("CAT") and the High Court and on appeal to the Court of Appel, as well as coordinating local counsel in defending claims across the European Union and Israel.
Naomi advises clients on both follow-on and standalone claims, including collective actions, in a range of sectors including regulated utilities, TMT, the automotive industry and consumer goods.
Naomi also advises on economic regulation (including price controls).
Background
Naomi obtained a Law with Chinese Law Degree from the University of Nottingham, having spent a year studying at the University of Hong Kong. In 2021, Naomi qualified as a Solicitor Advocate.
