Olivia is a senior associate in Herbert Smith Freehills' Dispute Resolution division based in London.
Olivia has a broad commercial practice, with experience in a range of sectors and disciplines, including oil and gas, restructure, insolvency and turnaround, project and construction, regulatory matters and other contractual disputes. Olivia has acted on matters in the High Court and Competition Appeal Tribunal, as well as in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, the Supreme Court of Victoria, the Federal and High Courts of Australia, and in Singapore seated international arbitration.

Olivia holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from the University of Western Australia. Prior to commencing at Herbert Smith Freehills, Olivia was an Associate in the Supreme Court of Western Australia. She is admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
