Rebekah is a New Zealand-qualified senior associate in our Disputes Resolution team.
Rebekah is experienced in commercial litigation, with a particular focus on complex contractual disputes and proceedings arising from alleged anti-competitive conduct. In addition to representing private companies, Rebekah's experience includes advising regulators during investigations and then acting in the subsequent civil and criminal proceedings in New Zealand.
Background
In 2012, Rebekah completed a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at the University of Otago in New Zealand. She was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in September 2013. Rebekah has appeared as counsel in the High Court and District Courts of New Zealand, and as junior counsel in the Court of Appeal and High Court of New Zealand.
