Samantha is an Associate in the Insurance & Professional Risks team based in London.
I have experience advising and acting on a wide range of commercial disputes and financial services regulatory matters. I have a particular focus on insurance and have acted for both insurers and policyholders across a variety of sectors, including energy, construction, consumer, information technology, media and telecommunications.
Background
Admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand. I hold a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Auckland.

- acting for a former director of a company (now in liquidation) in a contentious coverage matter under a Directors' and Officers' insurance policy*
- advising a global insurer on its potential regulatory liability in New Zealand and whether it was on risk for contentious third-party claims under a group business travel insurance policy*
