Saud is a senior associate in our Finance and Project Finance team, specialising in finance and projects finance. He advises borrowers and leading international and local financial institutions on a wide range of financing and project financing transactions covering the full spectrum of industries including power, infrastructure, oil and gas, telecommunications and other industrial sectors. He also advises on restructuring, debt rescheduling and turnarounds.
Saud also has extensive experience acting for government bodies in their capacity as lenders and borrowers. He also advises government entities on wide range of matters relating to government entities providing and/or obtaining financings in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Saud is admitted as a lawyer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the King Saud University and obtained his master's degree from the University of California, Davis.
