Sylvain is a senior associate in the firm's tax group.
He advises French and international clients on corporate and transactional tax matters (including the structuring of mergers & acquisitions and group reorganisations). His practice also focuses on tax aspects of real estate investments (REITs, property development) as well as debt consolidation, refinancing and capital market transactions (securities lending, bond issues, cross-border securitisations). Sylvain also has experience in structuring employee benefit incentive plans (stock options, free shares, preferred shares) and represents clients in proceedings and litigations before the French tax authorities and French courts.

- Klépierre, European leader in shopping centers and Sofidy, specialist in real estate investment on the tax aspects of the acquisition of the O'Parinor shopping center and the establishment of a partnership between the vehicles managed by Sofidy and Klépierre and on a credit agreement of 102 MEUR
