Tiho is an associate in the corporate energy and infrastructure team.
His experience includes advising a range of clients, including project companies and funds, on private M&A transactions, joint venture arrangements, project development, and general corporate matters across the energy, infrastructure and natural resources sectors.
Tiho also regularly works with our ESG & Climate Change speciality team on matters relating to UK and EU ESG-related regulation, including carbon markets regulation, soft law standards and voluntary compliance frameworks, as well as market disclosure and reporting.
Background
Tiho qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales in 2023, prior to which he graduated with a BA in Jurisprudence (law) from Oxford University.

- an oil & gas company on its acquisition of interests in UKCS petroleum licenses from an insolvent co-venturer
