Tiphaine Leverrier
Tiphaine assists clients on all types of domestic and international disputes.
Tiphaine has advocated in disputes before French courts, acted in arbitration proceedings arising under ICSID, ICC, LCIA and FOSFA rules as well as in disputes involving international borders and double taxation treaties. She also has experience working on disputes in Francophone African States and across Europe.
Before joining the firm, Tiphaine interned with leading international disputes law firms in London and Paris. She also interned within Paris' Court of Appeal, working for the magistrates of Chamber 1-1 and a public prosecutor.
Background
Tiphaine holds a Masters in Economic law from Sciences Po and a joint diploma "Global business law and governance" from Columbia Law School, Paris I (Sorbonne) and Sciences Po. She also has a Masters in Litigation, arbitration and ADR from Paris II (Assas).

- a Spanish construction company in an ICSID arbitration against the Republic of Algeria under the French/Algeria BIT in relation with social housing in Algeria
- a Chinese company in a series of claims brought in French courts against it in relation to solar plant projects in France
- a major mining company on its difficulties with an African state (pre-arbitration stage / negotiations).
