Tom Hoare
Tom acts for financial sponsors, listed companies and founders on private M&A and other negotiated transactions.
Tom advises a range of Australian and international clients on acquisitions, disposals, restructures, capital raisings, joint ventures, management equity and W&I insurance.
He is actively involved in managing some of the firm’s key private equity client relationships and has previously undertaken a secondment as legal counsel at Archer Capital, a leading Australian private equity firm.
Prior to joining the firm, Tom worked for a number of years at the Macquarie Group.
Background
Tom holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Industrial Relations) from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from the University of Technology Sydney.
