Vincent specialises in international arbitration and in the resolution of civil and commercial disputes.
Vincent specialises in commercial disputes, notably in energy disputes in Africa, in arbitration, and in international private law.
He has advised clients in disputes arising under the ICSID, UNCITRAL, and ICC rules, as well as in disputes in West and North Africa. Vincent appears and advocates cases before all French civil and commercial courts as well as the courts of Francophone Africa countries.
Vincent has also significant experience acting for clients involved in complex disputes relating to joint venture and shareholders’ agreements, the banking sector, and the enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards.
Background
Vincent is a member of the Paris bar and holds an LLM in Commercial Law from the University of Edinburg. He also holds a Masters in General Private Law and a Masters in Litigation, Arbitration and ADR from the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas.

- an oil and gas company in the context of an application for pre-trial evidence filed by two organisations in order to seize documents and search for evidence in relation to allegations of pollution in DRC
- an oil and gas client in relation to a price review dispute under a long-term gas supply agreement with an Algerian company
- a French leading company and its subsidiaries in relation to a dispute with a leading German group concerning the construction of five biomass plants in Brazil
- two leading contractors in the rail industry in connection with a dispute arising out of a Tunisian public tender. The dispute includes setting aside proceedings of an ICC arbitral award before the French Courts, enforcement proceedings, and criminal proceedings in Tunisia.
