Virginie Barbier

With more than 18 years of experience, Virginie Barbier is in charge of monitoring the legal news and drafting financing contract models used by the Finance Department. She is also in charge of the department’s legal policy alongside the partners.

Virginie has extensive expertise in civil law of obligations as well as banking and finance law, and frequently partakes in all major banking and finance reforms for the firm. She is equally involved in several regulatory matters and case law analyses and provides training for both clients and the firm’s lawyers.
