Xavier is a construction and infrastructure lawyer specialising in dispute resolution.
Xavier works closely with clients to assist with the resolution of construction and infrastructure disputes. He has in-depth experience of the infrastructure and energy sectors, and has represented a range of clients (both employers and contractors) in adjudication, arbitration, litigation and alternative forms of dispute resolution.
Xavier has experience dealing with a wide range of issues on construction projects including issues related with variations, delay and disruption, extensions of time and defective work claims. He has acted for a range of clients on a variety of infrastructure projects, energy and renewables projects, water treatment plants and major buildings and upgrades.
