Yash Dattani

Yash’s practice focuses on commercial litigation matters, advising international corporations regarding compliance with U.S. sanctions regulations, and government investigations.

Background

Yash received his J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School, where he was on the editorial board for the Environmental Policy Annual Review, the development editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law, a Vanderbilt Law School Ambassador and a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. He received his B.A., in political science with a concentration in pre-law studies, from California Polytechnic University.

During law school, Yash externed for the Hon. Mark C. Scarsi at the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Yash is a member of the American Bar Association
