Yorick’s experience ranges from regulatory matters and liaison with regulators to mergers and acquisitions and offers of financial products and includes advising on all aspects of retail and wholesale funds management, including structuring and establishment of real estate investment trusts.
Yorick acts for Australian and international financial services organisations in relation to a broad range of matters, including advising on all aspects of retail and wholesale funds management (including structuring and establishment of funds, operating and restructuring funds, outsourcing and termination of funds), funds/financial services equity capital markets transactions and funds/financial services providers’ mergers and acquisitions.
