Zarko has advised clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including in the areas of de-SPAC transactions, block trade agreements, and mergers and acquisitions. 

Background

Zarko is a graduate of Harvard Law School (J.D.), the University of Oxford (MPhil) where he studied as a Rhodes Scholar and UC Berkeley (B.A., Highest Honours). Zarko is fluent in Serbo-Croatian and French, is semi-fluent in Spanish and Russian, and speaks conversational Levantine Arabic.
