10 September 2015 - 6.00pm for 6.30pm
Herbert Smith Freehills LLP, Exchange House, Primrose Street, London, EC2A 2EG
A Tribunal Secretary to the Arbitral Panel is considered important by some and as a matter of concern by others. The recent Yukos v Russia decision makes this a hot topic for discussion by an expert panel, which includes London arbitration partner, Nicholas Peacock. Nick is both a seasoned arbitration counsel and an experienced arbitrator and can offer a dual perspective on the use and risks involved in appointing a tribunal secretary. For more information on the seminar, please see here.
The event will be hosted by Herbert Smith Freehills LLP, and will be followed by a drinks reception for the speakers and all attendees. There will be no charge to attend this event but attendees MUST register in advance with CIArb London Branch’s Administrator, at elinor@thevirtualpartnership.co.uk.
