- when a company director is entitled to assert privilege in advice received by the company;
- when a company can (or cannot) withhold privileged material from a shareholder;
- the circumstances in which privileged advice can be shared with a third party without losing privilege;
- the dangers of referring to privileged communications in interim applications;
- how best to maintain privilege in reports produced by experts.
