Adam is a Senior Associate in Herbert Smith Freehills’ national Employment team.

Adam has over 10 years’ experience in employment, incentives and industrial relations in Australia and the UK. 

He advises clients on the employment and incentives aspects of M&A deals, executive remuneration issues, termination of employment and office (including Corporations Act compliance), outsourcing and transfer of business issues, and establishing and maintaining employee incentive and management equity plans. He also advises organisations on other employment law and industrial relations issues, and acts for employers in restraint disputes and other contentious matters.
