Ali is an associate (qualified in New Zealand) in the Remuneration & Incentives team.
Ali specialises in employee incentives and executive remuneration. She advises on the establishment and continuing operation of a variety of cash and share-based incentive arrangements for both listed and private clients in the UK and globally.
She also advises clients on the incentives aspects of corporate actions and assists clients with their corporate governance and remuneration reporting, including advising on the preparation of directors’ remuneration policies.
Ali is a member of the Share Plan Lawyers Group.
