Dr Nikita Tkatchenko is a corporate partner in the Düsseldorf office and specialises in all aspects of M&A and corporate law.
Nikita focuses on advising on cross-border corporate transactions, restructuring, corporate law and liability issues. He has profound experience in advising a variety of industry sectors, with a focus on energy & infrastructure and technology companies.
Nikita is fluent in German and English.
Nikita has achieved the DLS-Award as one of the top-graduates of the Heinrich-Heine-University in Düsseldorf.

Nikita Tkatchenko completed the First State Examination in 2006 at the Higher Regional Court (Oberlandesgericht) Düsseldorf. He holds a Doctor of Laws degree (Dr iur) from the University of Düsseldorf earned in 2009 and completed the Second State Examination in the same year at the Higher Regional Court (Oberlandesgericht) Düsseldorf.
