Johanna Gonnord
Johanna advises and assists French and international clients on all aspects of French employment law.
Johanna's practice particularly focuses on compliance and issues relating to the applicable national collective bargaining agreement, recruitment and the various forms of termination of employment contracts, transactions, executive packages, international mobility, the transfer of employees and its consequences, and, in the event of litigation, advising on disputes.
She has been involved in advising major groups, mainly in the consulting and metallurgy sectors.
Johanna is a member of the Paris Bar. A native French speaker, she is also fluent in English.
Background
Johanna graduated from the University Paris 1 - Panthéon Sorbonne with a Master in European Law in 2015. She notably studied European law at the Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany.
