Nicole is a dispute resolution lawyer based in our Sydney office, focusing on financial services regulatory matters.
Nicole has experience advising financial institutions, listed companies and multinational corporations on contentious and non-contentious regulatory matters.
Nicole completed a secondment to Herbert Smith Freehills’ Hong Kong office in the Financial Services Regulatory team. She also previously completed a secondment to UBS in Sydney, assisting Group Legal on a variety of corporate and regulatory matters.
Background
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and Bachelor of Arts (Politics & International Relations, with Distinction) from the University of New South Wales. She is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
