Pablo is an associate in the employment, pensions and incentives practice in the Madrid office.
He advises national and foreign companies in any sector and/or with activity with a high number of employees on all types of employment related matters and ongoing advisory services. He specialises in contractual terminations, disciplinary sanctions, claims of rights and quantities, substantial modifications of working conditions, company restructuring through the different types of existing collective measures amongst other matters. He also has expertise in the performance of labour due diligence and subsequent processing of possible contingencies.
Background
He has a degree in Law by Universidad CEU San Pablo (Spain) and a dual master's degree for admission to the bar and Financial markets law by Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB). Additionally, he has a master's degree in Labour law by Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF). He speaks Spanish and English. He is admitted to the Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid (ICAM – Madrid Bar Association). Before joining the firm, Pablo worked for Jiménez-Poyato Abogados as a lawyer in their employment practice.

- Lyntia Networks, a portfolio company of Antin Infrastructure Partners, on the labour due diligence report related to the acquisition of a right of use over c. 57% of the Iberdrola's optic fibre network (15,000 km) and the assignment of the contractual position held by different entities belonging to the group of companies of which Iberdrola, is the parent company under the optic fibre customer contracts pursuant to a competitive auction sale process known as Project Spider
